I have a unique situation which has been a hassle trying to find a home, many of the homes I wanted to see recently got flooded and before that the distances I was traveling to look at homes was getting extensive and my previous agent was being picky about what she would research and how far she would go to show me a home.
Denise did great on researching, sent me all the listings I requested in a timely manner, did not waste my time hooking me into an automated MLS with 1000 houses I couldnt afford...... which, by the way, I think is a lazy business practice, and have in the past become quite frustrated with the amount of agents that do that........
and,
she told me she would take me anywhere, no matter what the distance, to help me find a home....
I actually have been meaning to call her.....
