Hello, my name is Devon Davidson and I have been in the real estate business for 5 years now. I started my career in commercial real estate and decided to obtain my residential license as well. After selling a few homes, I decided to obtain my other license classes as well, including the rural, property management, and broker designations, and am currently an Associate Broker at the current brokerage that I am licensed with. Along with my real estate license, I also have my mortgage broker's license as well, and am able to talk to my clients about mortgage rates, and if they are on the buying side, can help them with financing their real estate purchase as well. Along with all of this education, I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. My education makes me stand out from the rest of the real estate agents in the industry as this education helps me be efficient and attentive to my clients in the day-to-day operations of my business.
