As we were making our condo purchase online from Vancouver with only a one-day visit to Calgary, we were really reliant on Diana McIntyre for many issues, such as making a walk-through video of the condo we wanted to buy (because the seller didn't/wouldn't provide one) as well as providing extra photos of the condo which we needed.
