I contacted Donika before we had even been approved for a loan. She answered all questions I had about that process even. She was quick to show us the homes we had been interested in within a days time! Her office was very welcoming and warm. She explained throughly all processes and steps that would be happening during our purchasing process. Any time I messaged, day or night, she replied within a half hour time frame! Being a first time home buyer I had a million and ten questions and she made sure to make me feel comfortable through every one. From inspection to signing she was there to make sure it was correct and thorough!
