Edgard was born and raised in Queens N.Y. He attended DeVry Technical Institute, receiving an Associates Degree in Electronics. His career started as a technician working on airport security x-ray machines throughout the Northeast. From there Edgard transitioned into sales and held Sales Manager, Account Manager and Project Manager positions throughout his career.

As a Project Manager in New York City, working with a consulting firm in high-end residential and commercial construction, Edgard recognized his passion to help people and returned to doing sales. He received his Real Estate license in 2015 while living in Suffolk County, NY. Edgard is now doing business as a Real Estate Agent exclusively on Long Island, NY.

Edgard’s knowledge and expertise in construction as Project Manager, coupled with years of sales experience, qualifies him as experienced for negotiating property for both buyers and sellers.
