I came to Emilio and the team at Engel & Völkers with a very complex project involving the subdivision and sale of land in a historic district in Providence. After speaking to a variety of other experts (real estate folks, lawyers, etc) for close to a year, I had been told repeatedly that I would have to navigate the details of the project myself.
