I had a marvelous experience with Emilio and his team. Everyone swiftly executed their part of the process, updated me regularly, and clearly answered my many questions.

When things went wrong (not their fault) they immediately worked extremely hard to fix them. On the day of the closing, and for 3 days afterwards, Emilio worked to fix one last problem, demonstrating his genuine desire to make the whole process go as well as possible for his customers. I trust him completely, based on such actions.
