I expected that selling a home in Willmar MN while living in New Mexico could be difficult. But Samantha Crow at Century 21 made the entire experience quite easy. She provided valuable and welcome assistance by taking care of a number of issues regarding getting the house ready to list. The sale went quickly and Samantha again provided assistance to help the long distance closing go smoothly as well. I would certainly recommend Samantha Crow if you have property to sell and want an experienced, knowledgeable and motivated agent to represent you.

Sam did an amazing job stepping into this role in the middle of the sale and making sure that we made progress. There were a lot of uncommon circumstances involved in this sale, and she was great at calming my anxiety, assuring me that things would be taken care of, communicating what was needed of me, and making sure that the house was taken care of properly and the sale went through as needed.

It was a struggle initially, but once Sam stepped in, everything improved significantly. She was communicative, prompt, and knowledgeable. Overall, Sam was totally on top of things and I appreciate it so much!
