We engaged with Eric to buy our first home, and his work was exceptional.
From the start, Eric was always available for even small details - especially since we had so many questions as we were first-time buyers. He was very patient and got back to us right away or max in a few hours (every time).

During the viewing, he showed as much interest as we did and also guided us in many areas (things we didn't know to look for). He's also fun to work with. All our viewings were always interesting and never boring. Great people skills!
