She worked her tail off to make sure we put in the right offer for the home and getting the phone call from her that it was accepted was one of the happiest

We began our search for a new home over a year before finding Erika (we were in the market in another area of California). We knew once we got closer that we would need to get our local home on the market ASAP and that's when we contacted her (thanks Google)! As soon as we met with her we knew we would be in good hands. She came to our home and walked us through neighborhood comps, explained the entire process of getting prepared for market and answered all of our questions about inspections, handling open houses and offers and so forth.

Luckily for us all, selling was way easier than buying and she walked us through every step. She was helpful, honest, friendly and professional all the way through, and our home sold very fast with multiple competitive offers.

On closing day, we knew that everything was buttoned up and we would recommend her for anyone buying or selling in the central valley and beyond!

When we started the conversation of wanting to find our dream home, she did exactly that showed us many homes and was mindful of what we wanted and what we did not want which made it easy for us. We submitted our offer on our dream home on 11/23 and closed 12/18. She'll answer all of your questions and concerns and is so knowledgeable on everything we are first time buyers and the experience was not stressful and so easy.
