The most capable agent I have come across. I have bought and sold six homes previous to working with Ms. Hulstrom-Garces on the sale of a family rental property in 2023, but in all those transactions I have not run across a more capable and diligent agent as Erika.
I had almost started working with another agent but had some technical questions about the market and specifically about HOA's and the condo market. A friend suggested I consult with Erika, which she was gracious do to at no cost or obligation. After hearing her expertise and enthusiasm, I immediately decided to have her assist us in the sale.
