Working with Gina was the best decision we could have made. After speaking with multiple realtors about homes we were interested in and none seeming to care (or were just too busy) we were losing faith in our dream of buying a home. Gina Haines is Wonderful! She is so patient and she found what we wanted in a day! She worked with us for a tad over 2 years because of our living situation of a rental that we got screwed in for an extra year. When we finally were able to get approved with our VA loan (With someone she recommended) we went to look at houses after giving Gina a list of what we were looking for in a home and then in 1 day looking at about 6 homes we ended up very happy with the very first one we looked at!
