Our original realtor was not meeting our needs or concerned with our needs; only her bottom line. Matt, dropped everything to come help us out, very last minute. He met us to go on showing and brought their dog Bo along. We were immediately impressed that Heather was on the road and lined up SIX showing within a matter of moments. We were stunned how easy the process was. The communication is outstanding and amazing! The understanding and exceeding our needs was beyond our dreams. They are for family needs and going the extra mile.

We live in Calif. so we relied heavily on Heather and Matt to be our boots on the ground and they did an amazing job, including looking after the vacant house after a storm came through. We could not have asked for a better agent from out of state. They had excellent communication with 12 offers and fielded numerous realtors and calls. They were responsive and timely even over the holiday time period. They were great in their recommendation to sell "as is" rather than put $18,000+ into the property as our property management recommended.
