Lebanon had 21 new listings and 28 listings that went under contract in February, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 46—down 22.03% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in March.
Of those 46 active listings, 34.78% reduced their price in the month of February. The median listing price for homes in Lebanon fell 3.85% from January to February, bringing the current median listing price to $275,000. Based on projected data for March, listing prices may continue to fall.
