Heidi is extremely knowledgeable about the area she serves. This was 4th home purchase/sale with Heidi, but the first one buying a FSBO home using an agent. She helped guide us through the process. Since our home search was during COVID, Heidi was always masked up. We will use Heidi again should we be looking for a home in the future. Heidi is a top-notch realtor. Over almost 50 years of marriage, my husband and I purchased 6 dwellings. This was the first I purchased by myself, and it was an emotional and difficult experience for me.
Heidi was patient and understanding of my age and need for a lot of help. She never rushed me into making a decision before I was ready. She was prompt to answer my questions and respond to any communication. It was very important to have a realtor I could trust and she did not let me down.
