Heidi Krenz-Buchanan did an excellent job getting my mother's house sold. She kept us updated throughout the entire process. When Heidi thought there was any problem with the property she contacted us with suggestions. When we received an offer she met us at the nursing home and explained everything to my mother. Heidi was helpful from listing to closing. I would recommend Heidi to friends, family or anyone who wants to get their house sold quickly.

Heidi was always professional and made a very stressful situation much easier. I was often out of the state during the process and she was a terrific liason throughout this process. Heidi represented us for both the sale of our home in WI and the purchase of our new home in IL. She helped us navigate the different requirements in each state.
