From our initial meeting with Heidi, we knew we made the right choice for our Realtor. Heidi always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at ease every step of the way. From the sale of our home, to the purchase of our new home, she was available to help alleviate some of the stress that goes along with the process, especially with the market we were in. Heidi Krenz-Buchanan was great! She paid close attention to detail in all aspects of the process. She was friendly, and made us feel comfortable during the tough choices. We are happy that we had someone like Heidi to help us buy our first home. I would recommend her to anyone.

Heidi Krenz-Buchanan did an excellent job getting my mother's house sold. She kept us updated throughout the entire process. When Heidi thought there was any problem with the property she contacted us with suggestions. When we received an offer she met us at the nursing home and explained everything to my mother. Heidi was helpful from listing to closing. I would recommend Heidi to friends, family or anyone who wants to get their house sold quickly.

Heidi was always professional and made a very stressful situation much easier. I was often out of the state during the process and she was a terrific liason throughout this process. Heidi represented us for both the sale of our home in WI and the purchase of our new home in IL. She helped us navigate the different requirements in each state. I would most definitely use Heidi for future real estate needs!
