Helene is very knowledgeable. She guided me and protected my interests in a previous deal that fell through before finding the property that I ultimately purchased. She is very responsive and was helpful in all aspects of the transaction from providing the pros and cons of the property, negotiating the offer, and following through on any issues. She quickly provided potential home inspectors and worked to get needed documents to the lender. She kept me informed throughout and has had to do some work post settlement, such as getting keys from the sellers' agent that were not provided at closing. Overall, I highly recommend Helene and would use her again.
