Jacob is amazing, as a person and as a realtor! He is extremely knowledgeable and made the process of buying a house easy for us! He was patient and caring which was great because buying a house is not something you want to rush into. Took us 8 months of looking. Jacob never let our hopes get down. He has a contagious positive attitude and really genuinely cared about us and our buying needs! I am so very thankful for him helping us find our dream home!

The level of respect and trust his clients have for him keeps them coming back (including myself), and for a good reason. This professional is knowledgeable in real estate and rental property laws, regs, etc. A prompt and expedited call or email is expected from Jacob, as he is very easy to get a hold of, as his clientele come first. Even after the deal was completed, I called Jacob to teach me a bit about landlord tenant laws and without hesitation gave me his undivided attention.
