Jacob was successful locating a desirable off market fourplex that met my needs as an investor. Jacob remained persistent with the seller until the building was under contract. Jacob then then demonstrated strong negotiating skills with the seller when the appraisal came in lower than the contract price. In the end I was able to get a great deal on the building and it's still performing well today.
