After enjoying our vacation home in Prince Edward County for 34 years, my husband and I decided in the summer of 2025 that we were ready to sell the house and move on with the next chapter of our lives.
Given the rather unpredictable real estate market, we were a bit uncertain how things would unfold but were committed to selling. Jake and his assistant did a marvellous job of staging our house and reaching out to other agents and within a short time, we had the first of several offers. Jake helped us analyse and make decisions on how to deal with each of these offers.

Jake was amazing and gave us his honest opinions on homes. He took us to every single one we showed him, and also showed us some not even on our radar. The house we ended up buying, we wanted from the beginning of our journey but it had a conditional sale on it so we had moved on. But when the sale fell through, Jake knew we really wanted to see it and messaged us immediately when it came back on the market. The second we got here he knew it was the right place for us! He helped us every step of the way and we know we can still reach out to him if we need anything at all. He's amazing & we couldn't recommend him more!
