We sold our family home recently and our Realtor was Jake Bergeron.He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy. He helped us with all our questions and kept us informed on all the movements that was happening with the house.You could not ask for a better Realtor. Jake did a fantastic job at listing my home, and Janna did an awesome job at staging it, my home was sold within 6 days. I also hired Jake to sell some property afterwards and it listed on a Friday and was sold on Monday.

We interviewed two other real estate agents before meeting with Jake. He arrived with his boots and happily trudged around our 3.5 acre property on a very rainy day! He understood immediately what we found so special about our property. He managed to sift through all of the attributes to settle on what we think was an ideal marketing strategy. Throughout the process, he remained enthusiastic and connected. We received regular recaps of realtor feedback and appreciated his considered opinions on progress. Jake is personable and genuine. Jake was our agent over the course of almost 2 years as we searched for our retirement property. Despite a tough market, Jake was patient, helpful and always responsive to our requests. Despite his youth, he has a fairly deep knowledge of Real Estate in the Quinte area. Highly recommend.
