We had to sell our mother's house in Bismarck from out-of-state. Jamie handled everything for us! She was very professional, responsive and accessible - it didn't seem to matter what time I sent a question, she promptly responded. She handled all aspects of the closing and even walked the check to the bank for us. And her initial market analysis was spot-on, off by only $500! She definitely knows her way around the Bismarck market.

Jamie was great in handling the sale of our home and also with the purchase of our new one. Would recommend her to anyone. From staging for photos and showings to the closing, she's on top of it all.

I knew Jamie christensen would have my best interest in mind and be nothing more than professional. I did not have to worry about one thing because I knew whatever would come up Jamie would take care of it. She made this process stress free for me.

We had worked with Century 21 Morrison before and were very satisfied. Jaime worked so hard for us, kept us informed in a timely manner (we were moving back to Bismarck from another state, so this was super important). She listened to our needs and showed us the best properties that would give us the best "fit". We had a lots of fun, found the perfect house, and would recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a realtor that does extra for clients!

It was a long distance purchase because we lived out of state. Jamie called or texted us everytime something meeting our needs came on the market. She listened to our needs and looked at properties for us doing FaceTime walk throughs so I could decide if it was worth flying to ND to look at something. She was extremely responsive even during evenings and weekends. Our relator in CO selling our house was really lame compared to Jamie. Her advice about pricing strategy was spot on. We wouldn't have gotten our dream house without her.

Jamie was always available to answer questions, give suggestions/recommendation, and highly professional. I was able to e-mail, text, phone and she always got back to me promptly. She was very patient and understanding. Jamie worked with friends of my sisters in prepping for the sale of the condo since I needed to return home for an ill husband. She assisted with lining up someone to clean the condo, shampoo the carpets, reputable repair services, and even assisted in letting me know when the storm may have created damage to the condo (which it did). Without her knowledge of what that may do to the sale and communicating this promptly to me, a delay the sale may have been necessary. I had never met Jamie before she answered my call, she came right over, presented the plan, gave me the info regarding Century 21 Morrison, and her contact info. I committed that same day that we would go forward. I can not say enough of Jamie Christensen. One of my best decisions!

Jamie was our next door neighbor before she was our realtor. We had a great experience! She worked very hard to find us a home/yard that we would all like, sent out flyers to neighborhoods, etc. and then made sure that things were going to work out with the house we were selling so that everything stayed on track.

There are several levels of service: bad,good, excellent, and the Jamie level, which is way above anything we have ever dealt with.
