Jamie is such a wonderful person and fantastic agent. We could not have sold our property in Bismarck while living in another state without her help. She went above and beyond to help us by not only personally cleaning the house before the photographer showed up (because our cleaning lady fell through), but also meeting numerous contractors to help fix items or give estimates for repairs. She gave us thoughtful gifts when we bought and then sold our first home. We wished she could have helped us with our new home purchase in Florida. Jamie is knowledgeable, responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, and kind. She is a wonderful communicator. She anticipates needs and problem-solves. Don’t go to any other realtor!

Very good in every way possible if I asked a random question that she didn’t know (which was not very many) but she would find out right away.

Everything from start to finish went great because of Jamie. She knew the right people, made great suggestions and sold our house in five days because of all the work she put into it. She was available whenever we had questions or needed help with something. Jamie Christianson is the absolute best and she loves her job and it shows!

There was a house we wanted to see that was listed on realtor.com, and Jamie was the listing agent on it. I called her to see the home and we didn’t even end up looking at that house because it was way further out of town that I originally thought, but Jamie was so nice that she offered to show us other houses and we really liked her so that’s where our journey began!

Jamie was the most exception realtor we’ve ever had the opportunity of working with. We recommended her to our friends who were looking for a home and I know they are in the best hands with her. My parents were even so impressed that they want to use her in the future as well. She’s an amazing human and cares so much about her clients.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Jamie. She is genuinely a kind and caring person who did so much more for us than help us find a home. She became a friend!

Jamie Christensen had helped my mother find a Condo a few years ago and it was a great experience, so it was an easy decision to reach out to her when my husband and I were ready to move. Jamie was excellent to work with and ALWAYS made herself available even if it was a last minute request or showing. Her fun personality was a great fit for us. She was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had and was very organized, which I greatly appreciated. She had great knowledge of the different areas we inquired about and even did a thorough Facetime showing when we were quarantined because of COVID. We are very grateful for Jamie's help in finding the perfect home and would highly recommend her to any of our friends and family.

Jamie exceeded my expectations in the home selling/buying process. She has an amazingly positive attitude and is very thorough and open about the whole process. If you are looking for a real estate agent, run, don’t walk to Century 21 and ask for Jamie Christensen! Jamie Christensen initially came with a market analysis that seemed more like a finished plan, yet still left plenty of room for personalization. Her plan was so thorough and her knowledge and passion for the city, neighborhood and the house were unparalleled. And it didn’t stop with the plan and getting it on the market. Through the sale process, she took care of every detail—and this was no small task when you add a 3rd party relocation company. But that didn’t phase her. She worked with the buyer’s agent, the inspector, the appraiser, the insurance companies and bank (due to a hail claim on the roof). She even helped out with an electrician when I needed some work done. Jamie Christensen is so genuine and exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience. Did I mention that she sold my house in one day, in late November in frigid temperatures? If you are looking to buy or sell, let Jamie Christensen guide you. You will not be disappointed.

Jamie helped buy the house originally and we told her we would call her when we were ready to sell. She helped organize the subcontractors and gave them access to the house. The staging she lined up definitely helped get the house sold quickly. We really believe she went above and beyond in her role to help us get the house on the market!
