Janna was always available when I called, and her communication was excellent.

Always very helpful when I went into the office and when I needed copies, they offered to make copies of other items and additional copies.

Janna was excellent and I enjoyed working with her. Her expertise was exceptional and always so nice to work with. Janna helped me with other small details related with selling a property, even down to having the utility companies phone numbers. Very courteous and always polite. She treated me special. Janna contacted me immediately regarding what was happenings.

Janna is known for her success in her field; however, she is also a charming and personable lady who is wonderful to work with. She knows her business and is quick to advise on what is needed and when. My home sold within a few days of listing because I listed when she advised me to do so!

The only issue that came up was from the Buyer side when her broker did not realize we needed the funds wired to closing. The exchange of funds and keys was delayed one day because we had to wait for funds to be transferred by wire. This was NOT the fault of C21 or their broker Janna Williams, who delivered my check to me personally when it was available.

Janna actually contacted me while I was in Florida and told me I should list my home NOW instead of waiting because homes like mine were at a premium and selling really well! I followed her advice...and had an offer within two days. The girl is GOOD!! If I wish to purchase another home in Huntington Janna Williams will certainly be my choice.

Thanks to Janna, the sale of our house was quick & smooth. Her knowledge of the current market in Huntington helped us to set our sales price where it needed to be and our house was sold in less than a month! I was really impressed with how accessible Janna was wether it be by phone, text, or email. Janna was a wealth of knowledge. We have now had the pleasure of doing business with her three times. She has more than exceeded our expectations every time we have done business with her. The most recent time, she put our house on the market and it had an offer on it in two days. We know that the next time we are ready to sell or buy again we will definitely go through Janna, and we would recommend her to anyone whose in the market to buy or sell a house.
