Janna Williams did an outstanding job helping us sell our house! We were able to accept an offer within two and a half weeks. She was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! We would choose her again.

On a Sat. in Feb. Janna came to our house to discuss selling the house we built 38 years ago. After taking pictures, determining a price and signing papers, Janna immediately went to work for us. She had a sign up with flyers that afternoon. She also had the house listed on all the important web sites. Four days and three showings later, we had a full price offer. Janna was always friendly and professional. Even though the buyers realtor was difficult, Janna made the whole experience as easy as possible.

I would recommend Janna Williams an excellent real estate agent to work with. She has a proven record and I was very happy with the way she handled everything on the sale of my home! Our experience with Janna Williams and Century 21 was a positive one. Selling and buying a new home is so stressful and having a good realtor makes the process so much easier. Janna really is a full time realtor ...any questions or concerns I had were answered right away...even inviting us into her home to sign papers for a counter offer! I feel like Janna did her best to make sure we received a fair deal on both ends of the transaction. Thanks Janna.
