I had an extremely unpleasant experience working with Jeff. He was consistently disrespectful and his customer service was awful. He was condescending in almost every communication and didn’t show any initiative to solve problems that were his responsibility to solve. He was very forgetful and was terrible at getting back to me. There are a handful of good realtors out there in the Grand Rapids area, so do your homework and research them.

I called Jeff based on his online reviews and reputation for getting the job done, and at the end of the day, he did not disappoint. Although presented with difficult and unique challenges regarding the sale of my property, he consistently maintained a high level of professionalism. Even with a few unexpected snags along the way, we were sitting at the closing table in only four months. Jeff Northouse is a great Realtor. He was very helpful. He put my house on the market with asking price and had is sold within weeks. Along with selling my house, Jeff also helped me find a house for my family and I. He is not the kind of Realtor to just make a sale and vanish he makes sure you are happy with your purchase and comfortable in your new residence. I have moved a lot and this is the best Realtor I have ever worked with.
