In general, if I had to give a rating from 1-10 I would most certainly give a 15. I would highly recommend them with no reservations. I couldn’t ask for a more capable group to help. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. When I got in touch with the Tricoli team within a month and a half they found the right buyer and were able to help me move on with a unit I was having a rough time selling because of how difficult the market has become. The entire team was very professional. They returned phone calls promptly and answered any questions quickly. If they couldn't, they researched the question and returned with a phone call or text promptly. Not returning phone calls or texts is a pet peeve of mine and this never happened.

My experience with Tricoli was wonderful. My agent, Josh Malenfant, was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was searching for my vacation home from another state, but this never hindered me or Josh. He showed me many condos, both video call and in person. I had specific requirements for my condo and then I kept changing my mind over time, but Josh never ever made me feel pushed or rushed. In fact, he told me not to worry, but my condo would come to me eventually. He also seemed to just know when I needed help or when I needed to step back. What good intuition he had for the customer and their needs! He came to me on a recommendation from my daughter, who also used Josh to buy a home in Florida.
