Homes are taking longer to sell, staying on the market a median of 139 days, which is up sharply from both last month and last year and consistent with a neutral market reading of 49. With 4.9 months of supply, conditions give neither buyers nor sellers a strong upper hand, and only about 4.8% of homes are selling above list price.
