After interviewing several realtors we landed with Tricoli and Jennie Michuda. She was a perfect fit, she only represents buyers so it was easier to get her time for last minute showing as the FL market sells fast. She is very familiar with Wellington + West Palm Beach county asked many questions to better understand what we wanted and adjusted as we started our first showing and decided what we liked or not. She is always available via text 7 days a week and if she couldn't make a showing she would send someone from her team to meet us. We were adamant on not going over asking prices or doing a complete appraisal waiver and she was supportive and helped us put over 5 offers before we landed our home. Overall a very positive experience and will use this company again.
