Jeff was absolutely incredible. This was the second home we sold and our experience with Jeff was vastly different from our first experience. First, it felt as if Jeff was personally invested in our home—at times more than we were. He employed tons of strategies to ensure in we maximized the value of our home in a down market. Second, he never pushed us to sell. And, in fact, he was very honest with respect to offers we received as they pertained to the time it was on the market. We sold during the increased interest rate hikes. We were definitely in situations where other realtors would have recommended accepting lower offers than we ultimately accepted to minimize their own personal investment. Jeff on the other hand recommended the opposite, almost seemingly against his own interests. This made the process almost relaxing. Jeff was great at getting the deal done.

I couldn't have asked for a better Real Estate Agent for the purchase of my first home. Jeff and I met at an Open House, and I clicked with him so well that I ditched my other agent to work with Jeff. As a first-time home buyer, I had somewhat of a limited budget, and Jeff went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me and to focus on my needs rather than just seeking a commission for himself. We toured dozens of properties together, and he was always honest with me about the pros and cons of each property. He never pressured me to close on a home, and once I was finally ready, he was great at negotiating the price down with the seller to meet my budget.
