We are Gene & Jennifer Sievers, a husband and wife real estate team, who own the Sievers Real Estate brokerage in the heart of downtown Gig Harbor. Sievers Real Estate Team was voted Gig Harbor's Finest Realtors 2020 by Living Local Magazine. Jennifer was the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year 2022. We began our real estate careers in 2014, after long careers in public service. Jennifer has been an attorney since 2004 and Gene was a police officer for 18 years. These experiences have developed our expertise in advocating and negotiating for our clients. We regularly close 50+ transactions every year and 83% of our clients are repeat clients or referrals from happy clients!
