Buying a property remotely is challenging and the logistics can be difficult but Jenny literally handled so many of the small details for us that there was no way we would have brought this transaction to close with out her. It started with a Facebook post looking for a Realtor who was willing to help my Wife and I find a home in the Oxford area. We were unfamiliar with the area and we weren’t sure what we wanted.
The post generated a lot of solicitation but Jenny Addy stood out from the rest. Many of the Realtors immediately tried selling themselves boasting about their listings, homes sold, etc…. Jenny was different. Jenny introduced herself, explained her connection and history to the Oxford area and then offered her services for how she could help us.
It was clear Jenny was someone we wanted to work with. Not only did we work with Jenny but we ended up buying two beautiful brand new condos. The story doesn’t end there. Jenny introduced us to a lawyer in Oxford, she provided a couple Handymen in case we needed help and best of all Jenny made herself available for any questions down the road as we further explored Oxford and Ole Miss.
