Jerica Miles Mabry is the founder of 1620 Homes, a real estate company that has been making dreams come true since its inception in March 2021. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jerica is a third-generation realtor who has been immersed in the world of real estate from a young age.
Having worked with her grandfather's real estate firm, Jerica gained invaluable knowledge and expertise in real estate buying, selling, and management. Her passion for the industry led her to establish 1620 Homes with the sole purpose of revolutionizing the real estate market.
What sets Jerica apart is her extensive understanding of real estate building, renovating, remodeling, and construction processes. Her husband, a licensed home builder, has added another dimension to her skill set, enabling her to provide comprehensive guidance to clients throughout the entire real estate journey.

My experience with 1620 was very pleasant. First time homebuyer and newly wed at time of purchase, we looked at numerous homes put in offer after offer on homes along with multiple inspections.
