Since we were new to the area, we did not know any agents personally. We found Shelley Brinson through Zillow, where she had good reviews and ratings, as well as lots of recent sales. We were very happy with our experience.

Shelley's gentle, calm manner and unhurried approach to helping us find a house made the whole process peaceful and enjoyable, with very little stress. She was respectful, never pushy, and willing to work with our particular needs and preferences in a home. She allowed us all the time we needed to look through houses and to ask questions. She is very knowledgeable of Daviess County, very experienced in real estate, and gave us helpful suggestions as we purchased the house. The result--from our first day of house hunting until we had possession of our new home was only 41 days.

I can't say enough good things about Shelley Brinson. She was so nice to deal with, very flexible with my requests to see houses last minute and helped us get the best deal possible on the house we wanted!
