Very likable, very personal, but very professional. Treated us more like friends than clients. From the first viewing until closing we felt she negotiated fairly between us and the seller, and between us and the appraiser. Took our calls and texts day and night, even on vacation. We're not sure she ever stopped working. It was the best experience we've had buying a home. So much so, we had her sell our other home. She had the home sold before she could get the sign in the yard! Amazing. Very happy with her service.
