My wife was a finalist for a new job in Porterville and in order to make sure we would have a place to live we wanted to find the right house.Joan was indispensable in this process as she very quickly worked with us on very short notice to look at several houses on the one day we had in town.Joan negotiated a purchase offer that was contingent on my wife being offered the job which allowed us to lock in the house we felt was right for us. Ultimately, the new job did not come through, but due to Joan we were able to terminate our offer on the house within the mutually agreed terms with the property owners.We would not hesitate one second working with Joan again as she was always available and a joy to be around.
