We met Jon at a residence where we were supposed to meet another agent given by an internet website. Our agent didn't show, and Jon was there getting ready for one of his clients that hadn't shown yet. Not only did he handle meeting us and introducing himself and share his contact info, he did not detract from the experience that his other client deserved. Later that evening Jon called me back to discuss what we were looking for in a home and took the time to drive out to meet with me and my wife at our home to really understand what we were trying to accomplish. He was able to accurately, and very quickly and transparently, deliver on every promise and provide very useful insight into the entire process giving our family a much appreciated ease to both buy and sell while having rather full schedules. I would absolutely recommend and utilize his services again for any future opportunities that may arise.

Jon worked very hard to quickly advertize and list my mothers property. He immediatly began showing her home on the same day we signed the contract with Century 21. Offers were coming in shortly after the listing and Jon helped advise me through the process. Another agent at Centry 21 was working for the buyer and that helped the process go fast to come to a agreed price for the sale. The only problems we had with this sale came at closing time and were caused by the attourny that drafted POA papers for me to act in my moms behalf as she is in a Senior Nursing Home. This issue at closing was not Jon's responsibility.

Working with Jon was amazing! We had a whirlwind of circumstances and hurdles thrown our way in moving across the country and Jon was able to guide us across the finish line and handled everything professionally! We are truly appreciate all of his communications and advise through it all. Would recommend Jon a thousand times over, put your real estate concerns in his hands and you won't regret it!!! About 2 and a half years ago I used another realtor to market my house and with them I never recieved any offers.
