Jonathan arrived first and on time; a trait that is important to our family. He was fully prepared with details of our home (permits for past construction projects), information of the current housing marketing and sale trends, photos of our home (aerial), and pricing and comparable sales. The presentation was very well done and thoughtful.

The second agent arrived and took a tour of our home. We sat down to discuss her experience and her agency services. She did not have a marketing package or any information on our home. She wanted a second appointment to review her suggestions for the sale of our home.

Can't say enough how happy I am with Jonathan and Brandon Bich. My older sister fell ill and was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She passed in October.
