Things had to move fast and he was responsive and on top of things to make sure we got the house we wanted. I was a first time home buyer, so he helped answer questions that came up and explained things that I didn't know about. Jonathan is AMAZING! I never thought it would be possible to sell my current home and buy a new one at the same time without having to find interim accommodation, but Jonathan made it happen! We were able to move straight from our old home into our new! Jonathan negotiated two wonderful deals for us simultaneously and handled some really stressful issues (crazy things that were no one’s fault). I’m still in awe of how he got us past these hurdles and know he did a lot of work that we never even saw to keep the stress off of us. Jonathan Bich did an excellent job helping relatives of mine sell/buy Spokane homes a few years ago. So when we decided to sell 100 acres of long-idle family farm land near Spokane last summer he immediately came to mind, although I had some concern whether he had the necessary knowledge of raw land details to be effective in that market vs homes. That concern was quickly erased after discussion and Jonathan and his son Brandon did an excellent job of selling our 3 parcels for top dollar, in spite of some negative physical features which made the sales challenging.
