We worked with Jonathan's son Brandon Bich. He was extremely helpful with finding us the right home in a difficult market. Things had to move fast and he was responsive and on top of things to make sure we got the house we wanted. I was a first time home buyer, so he helped answer questions that came up and explained things that I didn't know about. It was like having a good friend help you through the process, not just a real estate agent.

Jonathan is AMAZING! I never thought it would be possible to sell my current home and buy a new one at the same time without having to find interim accommodation, but Jonathan made it happen! We were able to move straight from our old home into our new! Jonathan negotiated two wonderful deals for us simultaneously and handled some really stressful issues (crazy things that were no one’s fault). I’m still in awe of how he got us past these hurdles and know he did a lot of work that we never even saw to keep the stress off of us.
