After interviewing four different agents we chose Joshua because he seemed ambitious, very competent, current with the latest technology such as Matterport for 3-D virtual tours, had the highest suggested listing price, and took the lowest seller agent commission. We got an offer for close to our listing price immediately. Joshua helped us through the negotiation and closing process and we don’t think we could have done better. Initially we were a little concerned because he was the youngest and least experienced of the agents we interviewed, but his calm and easy going demeanor put our concerns aside.
