Jovar (Jay) Simmons was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. After graduating from Palm Beach Lakes High School, Jay dedicated the better part of his life to serving honorably in the armed forces.
While serving, he has been to Iraq and Afghanistan and earned awards for his service. He has served 19 years on active duty, with 8 of those years in the West Virginia National Guard.
Jay now resides in Parkersburg, WV with his wife and daughter. Since moving into the Mid-Ohio Valley, Jay has fallen in love with the landscape of the area and the many opportunities that it has to offer. Jay has taken numerous real estate courses and has been fortunate to befriend many people in the real estate field.
