He was very quick in every help we needed incluning mortgage etc. He arranged visits very quickly to every property we suggested and also kept sending list of new properties to us on a regular basic. We met Joy by accident back in 2005 while viewing a different house in Cougar Ridge. We had made an appointment with a different realtor who never showed. Joy was there showing the house to her own clients. While that house was not to our liking, Joy gave us her business card and told us to give her a call if we found another house that we would like to see. Shortly after we found an amazing house in Valley Ridge, so we called Joy to schedule a viewing. Long story short, she showed us the house, pointed out some things we hadn't even noticed as the house was upgraded on almost everything.

8 months prior, the idea of moving from Ontario to Calgary floated my head as it seemed to be the only feasible option in owning a home. A cross-country move to a province I have never been before was daunting for a first time home buyer like me so I had to take it slow and try to visit and learn about where I was moving to. Getting a feel for where I wanted to move was essential to making the ultimate decision to move so I planned a personal trip to Calgary to check it out. Luckily, I was able to get into contact with Deesh who was kind enough to arrange a few showings in the area to get a feel for the buildings in the area. Even though I had made it clear at the time I did not intend to purchase or sign any documents anything at the time, Deesh still offered to help me get a feel for things with no strings attached.
