Joy had started out as my daughters realtor and with the thorough job she did to sell my daughters home and to help them by a new home I thought we need this agent. We secured her just before Covid to help us sell our home away from home and she was awesome in explaining what needed to be done because we were new to Alberta and we wanted to buy a forever home here for us. Joy took away the nervousness that we were experiencing and found us a home that was stunning. Joy explained everything to us that we needed to know, gave us names of lawyers that were close so we didn’t have to run to the ends of the city and she called every week when the house closed to make sure we felt that all loose ends were tied up.
