We were working on a tight time schedule in a less than optimal timing with the market but Julie made it happen! We closed on the KY house and Julie assisted with all details assuring the funds were at the title company in TN in plenty of time to close there. Selling a home can be a very stressful time but Julie minimized my stress levels through her calm caring attitude mixed with a touch of humor. Julie was very knowledgeable and confident when speaking about the sale of our home. She had great recommendations regarding preparation for and timing of the sale. We were pleased with her choice of photographer, and her eye for aesthetics for staging was effective.

Julie was very timely with all documentation, and was knowledgeable about every step in the process. She also handled all of our requests with great patience, and was open and honest when giving recommendations or suggestions.

All other CBWSNKY employees we dealt with were extremely professional and polite, as well.
