Inventory in Florence has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up nearly 19 percent year over year and months of supply rising about 22 percent to 1.7. Buyer activity has also picked up, as homes sold increased more than 26 percent compared with a year ago. Signals of bidding intensity have eased compared with prior years. The share of homes selling above list has slipped to just under 19 percent, down from both last year and earlier peaks, showing buyers have a bit more room to negotiate.
