Justin Dubar was not pushy at all. He understood my needs and gave me the time I asked for to consider listing with him. I was very impressed by our conversations.

He communicated with me often to let me know the status of the listing. He was always available if I needed him.

He handled every part of the sale and closing with ease, even when things would come up that could have resulted in the sale not going through.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience of selling property with Justin Dubar, at Century 21. He's an excellent realtor, and helped me to double my property investment.
He was a pleasure to work with. We sold my property quickly, and made more money on the sale than initially estimated. He's my first choice the next time I want to sell.

We first met Justin after calling about a property for sale. That property didn't work out to be what we wanted, but we then found this one. Justin worked with us and the sellers agent to finally get us what we thought was a good deal for the property. We also had some land issues that Justin researched and worked out for us. Justin proved to be a hard worker and went above and beyond to complete our deal. We are very pleased with the job he did for us buying this property and selling our property.

Justin did a fantastic job of selling our home. It was sold in less than 24 hours after posting online. We also received $15,000 more than the asking price. We couldn't have asked for a better selling experience.
