Justin Dubar was absolutely great. I was relocating from out of state, and he was very accommodating for both me being a first-time homebuyer and for me not being able to attend things in person. Overall, he made the process very easy, and his connections with other realtors as well as mortgage brokers were a big advantage. Justin and the broker he recommended were able to put together an offer contract with a preapproval letter at 8pm on a Friday for me, which I believe not many other realtors have the care or capacity to do so.
I wouldn't look any further, Justin is one of the best in the area and will work to get you what you want.
