House hunting is stressful, time consuming, and nerve wracking. Valium usually does a good job of calming nerves, didn't have any of that but found that Kallie Nations with BHHS Brick and Mortar did a great job of lessening the stress. She was so patient, showing us many, many homes, neither unrelenting wind, horrible summer heat, and did I mention ...the wind, kept her from showing those homes. Kailie was a super !!! real estate agent to work with. She helped us to sell our home and buy the one that we decided was just right. When our home was staged, she was very involved in that process - even helped move some furniture to a storage area. She explained the reasoning behind a good price for our home with examples of comparable homes in our area. She explained all the paperwork we needed to complete and kept us on track to meet any crucial deadlines. The online listing was done well and an extra informational sheet was done beautifully and professionally. Then, when we received a full price offer, Kailie started sending me information about houses for sale that met the criteria that was important for me and my husband. She showed us several houses before we found the right one. Then Kailie helped with that paperwork as well. She was professional, extremely helpful in so many ways and delightful to work with.

Wow! So many good things to say about working with Kailie! She really went above and beyond for us, working with our hectic work schedules to show listings, researching zoning info for us, even getting last minute walk throughs!
