I have worked in real estate for the last 25 years. I started as an investor, buying and holding long-term, residential rentals. I'm well versed in all aspects of these transactions, from deal analysis, negotiation, closing, rehab, management and portfolio building and optimizing.

About 11 years ago, I decided to get my license and put all of my experience to work for others. In addition to helping investors, I absolutely LOVE helping clients find homes, and sell their existing homes for maximum profit whether it's first-time home buyers, empty-nesters looking to downsize, or someone in between.
