We consulted with Katrina initially to get a sense of the market and whether it might be a good time to try to sell our home. She was very honest and helpful regarding market conditions during the pandemic. Everything she told us ended up being accurate. Our home sold quickly in our opinion thanks in large part to how Katrina promoted our property and communicated with us and with other agents.

We are grateful that Katrina made the process as easy as it could be. We had lived in our home for almost 30 years and she provided the support we needed to both get the home sold but also to help us through a difficult transition.
